Your privacy and the security of your data are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our iOS mobile app and web portal.

• Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted credentials.
• Estimation and Bid Data: Clients, property addresses, room dimensions, service items, quantities, pricing, and project metadata you create inside the app.
• Photos and Camera: When you add images to your profile or service items, we access your device's camera and photo library. These photos are securely uploaded and stored on our servers to be included in your quotes.
• Usage Data: Basic logs of your interactions with our app (such as page loads, navigation events, and action triggers) to improve application performance and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

• To enable estimate calculations, client management, and PDF/print bid exports.
• To synchronize data across your devices in real-time.
• To provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries.
• To maintain system security, monitor performance, and prevent fraud.

3. Data Deletion and Retention (Compliance with Guideline 5.1.1)

We respect your ownership of your data and provide total control over its deletion:

• Account Deletion: You can initiate the permanent deletion of your account at any time directly within the iOS App. Navigate to Profile -> Tap Delete Account and confirm.
• Immediate Purge: When you delete your account, we permanently delete your authentication record and all associated clients, properties, layouts, and estimate items from our database servers immediately. This action is irreversible.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Innovative Price is a private, subscription/use utility. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only under these conditions:

• Infrastructure Providers: We use secure hosting and database services (such as Supabase) to store and process your data. These providers adhere to high standards of security and confidentiality.
• User-Initiated Sharing: When you generate a printout link or PDF to share with your clients, those specific quotes are accessible via the generated link.

5. Security

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information, including full SSL encryption for data in transit and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies at the database layer to ensure only authorized account holders can access their project data.
